Executive Chef / Owners Salvatore & Anna Wachter would like to invite you to our restaurant. Born and raised in the area and graduates of culinary schools in New York with over 25 years experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Their years of experience have come from working at some of the best resorts, hotels, restaurants and catering companies in the United States and have been featured in magazines such as Bon Appetite, a "Taste of Miami", and Ft. Lauderdale Resorts. Salvatore & Anna are members of Culinary Chef's Association and have also been featured in many Culinary magazines. Sal is currently working on his first addition cookbook which should be ready for publishing this spring 2011.
